New in 2025! Please read and make sure your volunteers are aware.

1. You will need to supply a cell phone and email address for each volunteer who would like to help out at the 2025 Education Minnesota State Fair booth. Why? Last year there was a weather related closure of the fair. We needed to contact everyone who was scheduled to be at our booth to make sure you were safe. Thank you for understanding our updated communication needs.
2. We will not be sending out tickets in the mail. Too many got lost in the mail last year. This year your volunteers who are members of Education Minnesota will be able to expense their ticket along with their mileage and parking. This is a new proceedure. Please make sure your volunteers are notified about this.
3. We will need at least one, up to two volunteers at all times during the state fair. From 9 AM until 9 PM. We will send a form so that you can fill out the names, emails, phone numbers, t-shirt size and desired shift for each volunteer. Volunteers who are not on this sheet and all non-member volunteers will not be able to submit an expense reimbursement sheet.
