Local presidents should use this form to request reimbursement for the cost of a substitute needed for a member’s participation in an Education Minnesota lobby day.

Education Minnesota will reimburse up to 2 full-day substitutes for an approved lobby day. Another option is four half-day substitutes. The invoice from the school district should include the day the sub was needed, the number of substitutes as well as the cost per day for a substitute.
