Recruitment and Retention of educators who reflect our students and their needs.
What is your favorite thing about being an educator?
I love helping students become life long learners!
Outside of the classroom, what’s something you like to do?
Baking! And spending time outside with my family.
How have you worked in union to overcome a professional challenge?
I have worked with my local to create an Early Career Community to support our Early Career Educators. We assist them in growing both in their classroom as well as in the union.
