Education Minnesota Education Services Incorporated (ESI) is the member benefits arm of Education Minnesota. None of your dues dollars are used to support ESI. Instead, our mission is to create partnerships with businesses and organizations that make life a little more affordable for you.
Along with statewide partnerships, members have access to benefits provided by the National Education Association (NEA), American Federation of Teachers (AFT) and the American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations (AFL-CIO). We exist to support you in every aspect of your life, by bringing savings and discounts to union members.
ESI also supports the Education Minnesota Foundation for Excellence in Teaching & Learning, the Minnesota Teacher and ESP of the Year programs, and other Education Minnesota priorities.
