2023 MEA Exhibitor RFP
We invite you to submit a proposal to participate as a 2023 MEA exhibitor on Thursday, Oct. 19.
The Minnesota Educator Academy (MEA) conference is a union-sponsored professional development event for educators, by educators. In addition to valuable trainings, a variety of exhibit booths enhance the member experience.
This year, MEA will only be open to Education Minnesota members and those studying to be educators. It will not be open to the public. In order to create a more intimate member experience, the exhibits will be located on the ballroom level where members attend their trainings. This will give both the attendees and exhibitors more opportunity to have meaningful interactions. As a result, we will have a limited number of exhibit spaces.
Interested exhibitors must complete a request for proposal (RFP) to be considered for one of the exhibit spots at the 2023 MEA conference. Proposals will be reviewed and exhibitors will be selected based on a variety of criteria that make the exhibit area an engaging and valuable experience for members. Criteria include the type of booth, your plans to engage members, how your organization, product or service aligns with Education Minnesota’s Statements of Principle, among others. The statements of principle include commitment to members, the profession, learners, public education and the community, the organization, the labor movement and racial equity and social justice.
