      The MRA III session is five hours and provides in-depth training on grievance processing, representing members in disciplinary meetings and issue organizing.

      Participants must complete MRA parts I and II before enrolling in part III. MRA III uses participants’ knowledge and skills from Parts I and II, and focuses deeply on three topics: organizing, representing a member in a disciplinary meeting and grievance processing.

      This five-hour session explores the fundamentals of advocacy, valuing member concerns and managing conflict. The Advocacy Model is introduced. Learn more here.
