What issue are you most looking forward to working on as a Governing Board member?
I’m looking forward to hearing the issues facing our members and union. I want to listen to our members, consider the challenges, and work to move forward for the advancement of our organization.
What is your favorite thing about being an educator?
I enjoy connecting with students and watching them grow in music.
Outside of the classroom, what’s something you like to do?
I enjoy traveling, reading, and attending classical music concerts.
How have you worked in union to overcome a professional challenge?
When we were struggling through Covid, I worked with my local administration to develop plans that supported teachers and teaching through a very difficult time.
