General Plan Information

Thank you for providing the information requested. Please enter the general information for the entire district and for the teachers bargaining unit on this page. The next page will allow you to enter the specific plan data for multiple plans offered to your teachers bargaining unit. Note that some information is requested as a monthly amount and some as annual amounts.

The last field to enter is for a HRA, HSA, or VEBA including the option to check “no contribution”. Once something is filled out there a button will appear to submit additional plans. Click there to enter your next plan.
