Organizing for Settlement -Assessment Request Form
Please complete this form to begin the process of requesting funds from Education Minnesota’s Organizing for Settlement fund. The president of the local must be the one submitting this form. Any questions about this form may be directed to ofs@edmn.org.
There are no group Organizing for Settlement Fund assessments scheduled in the near future. Please check back at the start of the 2026-27 academic year, as our regular monthly schedule will resume in September. If your local would like to schedule an OFS assessment during the summer, please reach out to ofs@edmn.org with your general availability including the days of the week and times of day that work best for your team to meet virtually or in person.
