ST. PAUL, Minn., April 15, 2015 – Education Minnesota’s new television ad, “InvestED,” supports investing the state surplus in our future, from early education through K-12 and higher education.

The ad debuts statewide today, April 15. It will appear online and on broadcast and cable television for the next four weeks.

“We face a critical choice in Minnesota,” said Education Minnesota President Denise Specht. “We’ve made significant investments over the past two years to help all students – from our earliest learners to beyond high school – succeed. What our new ad shows is that, with a nearly $1.9 billion surplus, Minnesota is in a prime position to build on that progress and make real investments in real solutions that improve the lives of our students, educators and communities.”

“InvestED” is the latest ad in the year-old “-ed Moments” campaign, which highlights the innovation and passion of educators in Minnesota. Viewers will be able to see the new ad, and learn more about how investing in our future benefits us all, at www.edmoments.com.
