Thank you for volunteering at the Education Minnesota photo calendar booth at the
2026 Minnesota State Fair
We will be sending state fair booth assignment early August.
MAKE SURE YOU BRING YOUR PARKING RECEIPT
AND STATE FAIR TICKET TO THE BOOTH
The Education Minnesota booth is in the Education building, we can’t wait to see you.
At the booth we will have for you:
- A T-Shirt (if you have one from a previous year, please bring it as supply chains are still not great). Your email confirmation will have the shirt size you ordered.
- Members will be able to submit a reimbursement form for mileage ($0.20/mile) and up to $20 for parking or bus/rideshare transportation.*
We will have water for volunteers during their shift.
*MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. We cannot reimburse without an original receipt.
